Larry Heater calling.....

Larry is 76 years old and runs a river barge here. Hard work and an even harder man, a legend for real. He was telling me that the lake outflow is too low for him to take in my 4 wheeler - log splitter - rail road ties - and 55 gallon drum of diesel fule............

I am building a transport platform for the front of my boat. He will haul the load as far as Hewitt Creek and then I'll have to figure out how to ferry these things one at a time over the last 5.5 miles of the trip. This will, no doubt, be a rough week coming.
mcnerney and yonder like this.
