Default Smokin

I was going to fire up the big offset but all these thunderstorms made that out of the question. So I decided to do the cook I had planned in two days rather than one. The Akorn saved the day. I did a brisket, two butts with rub on one and the other naked. I also did two pastramis, two fatties, two diller eggs and some lemon pepper chicken wings. I did one of the pastramis and on of the butts for us. The rest goes to folks where I work.

Thumbs up Re: Smokin

Paymaster, with your culinary skills on the grill I'm surprised you don't get more invites to fishing camps from forum members. Dang man, does that look killer!!! Good stuff as always, thanks for making me hungry. That's enough food to feed a small army!

Stick with it, JP
I'm 7 months, 3 weeks quit.
Looking forward to a hunting season without smokes.

Thanks Y'all!

I have been cooking for folks at work for about five years now. They make it worth my while. The Q joints around here charge a huge amount to do what I do and I understand why. If I had my own place I would too probably. It is a lot of work but these folks are friends and they pay me a little for my time. Almost all of them give me more than I ask. I enjoy the cooking and they seem to really like the food. They continually want to know when I am doing it again.

I do appreciate to comments and all the likes Y'all. You all are fine folks.
