Default What Did You Get for Christmas?

I am trying to get my dad into fly fishing, so I got him all the basics and put together a little box of flies I tied. This is more special to him because grandpa tied his own flies too. Hand made gifts are always fun.

As for me, I will get trendy cloths because my parents want a grand child from me and they seem to think I need help.

I got a new reel:

Me and the wife do our gifts the weekend before Christmas. Our two sides of the family don't really get along, so we do her side of the family Christmas Eve, and mine on Christmas. Doesnt leave much time for just us, hence why we do it early. This year we just split the leftover money we had and said let's go shopping. Blew my whole stash on a reel and backing haha. She got a bunch of weird stuff to put on her face and eyelashes. Not really sure, wasn't paying attention. Too busy daydreaming of that carbon drag spinning wildly on the river...

As long as a lot of people don't give you deodorant for Christmas it's all good.
