sometimes my flies don't come out the exact colors when I take a pic also! think it has something to do with the cam and the lighting

Absolutely. I got this new Canon Power Shot plus a Polarized filter and pictures are coming out much truer to form.

This is me with one of the 18" Rainbows I caught on the Guadalupe River at the end of January. These were the first trout in excess of 10" that I ever caught on my fly rod.
