Default Hump Back Whales

Out on Resurrection Bay today, naturally it rained and the lighting was poor. Still a nice day to cruise the Bay and we did see a pair of whales.

Hi Dave,

I was hoping for one of those National Geographic photos but the whales were distant, the boat was rocking, and the light was flat. I was glad to find a couple of decent ones out of the bunch. All in all they're better than no pictures I guess.

Default Alaskan Weed Wacker;

I just looked out the kitchen window and saw this young male moose trimming the border of the lawn. I'll guess him almost two years old and he is going to have his first spikes this year. As for weight about 6 - 700 lbs maybe.

No need to trim under that spruce today
