Looks very tasty.

Used to distribute them wholesale, heres a tip: The grill will actually hold up longer if you shut the fire off immediately after pulling the meat. The grease and such will coat the grids and protect it from the weather and corrosion. Just make sure to give it time to get real hot before cooking the next time.

Shrimp, Sausage, and Taters. I've never heard or seen this combination before. Looks and sounds wonderful.

How's the grill workin for ya now? What kind did you get? been thinkin I need a new one this year.
