Default Little Red Trip

A friend and I were wanting to do a little fishing on the Little Red in the next couple weeks and I was wondering if any of you guys could give me info on what to expect. Can you wade fish the river? Is there alot of public access? Any good places to stay? Any info at all would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!
