From what I know, they behave and take flies roughly the same way pike do.

You've now heard all I know about them.

micky finn, micky finn, any streamer will work but a micky has always done me well, add some silver and gold flash-a-bou..fish the weeds.hand over hand retreive fast to slow..they take poppers too..here in pa they get up to 30" in some lakes..nov. is a good month for them along with spring..
