Default New to the board

Been around a couple weeks but forgot to post here. Anyways, my name is Paul Freeman, I am a middle school teacher in Tucson AZ, but getting out of the racket in a couple weeks and moving to Aztec NM to open a business. Be able to be on the San Juan in 25 minutes, gotta love that. Been flyfishing for about 20 years, tying for about the same amount of time. Love to fish for just about anything with fins. Love to hunt upland game birds and spend lots of time with lovely wife. I'll be on the river a good amount of time so once I get settled, I'll give an email address and if any of you want to hook up on the juan, I'm game. Nice board by the way and will get more into it when time is not such an issue. Paul

I'd rather hunt fish than bait deer any day.

I hear ya brother. When I get there the flows on the Juan will be at 5000 so won't be fishing for awhile. My wife will be glad as I won't be wanting to fish while we are putting our house together. Will be awhile before runoff is over this year with all the snow Colorado, NM, and AZ got this year. Oh well, we'll be glad we got all that snow come Sept. and Oct. Always warmwater species to go after here in AZ. Will be out on Thursday going topwater for them bass, gotta love the desert.
