Just a personal observation here, but many 'I'm new here' with ZIP info on where your located in your user CP fill in.. Questions on 'what gear should I get?' Questions on what rod/line. Questions on ... fill in the blanks.
If 'you' were Steelhead fishing in the PNW, or chasing trout on the East Coast, the answer's would be very, very different. Give 'us' some help here; I always look at the 'location' before I put in my .02 cents. Assuming I have .02 cents of reasonable input.
