SouthernSteve is on a distinguished road
Default Warm greetings from the Sunshine State

Will be heading out tomorrow. Plan on launching my Native Ultimate 14.5 and casting for snook on the Braden River.

New to the forum. Love to fly fish and tie flies. I live in Sarasota, Fl and we have some decent saltwater fishing for spotted seatrout, redfish, snook, tarpon and other species.

My love is fresh water, and I like to drive south for 2 hours and fish the Everglades. The oscars and Mayan cichlids there really put a strain on a 3-weight fly rod!

My interests are fly fishing, fly tying, photography, writing and reading.

I speak five languages fluently: Portugese, Swahili, Russian, French and, of course, English ... NOT.

Anyway, looks like a great site.
