Talking old fly fishing bum

yep, havn't had a line in the water for twenty five years.
crazy huh

lately been looking over the old equipment

a few Berkley reels
Columbia vest

handmade dip net, oak

Rio Orbigo F2,spare spool

Scott Power ply, 9ft. 5wt., bought this from 'Ol man Scott himself, built by C. Reading, Mo.

Marc Aroner , 4 piece,5wt. Bamboo

Sage graphite 9ft. 2 piece 5-6, built by me

a few fly boxes, loaded with bugs,LOL

almost forgot, a nice old 3 piece South Bend 5-6 Bamboo, powerful old stick

anyway, i'm here.

Welcome to the forum Buzz.
I have an old S.B. 5 / 6 bamboo also. I fished it on & off until one of the tips birdcaged & now its on the wall in what my wife calls the " Man Cave" I did have it repaired by a bamboo rod builder so one of these days it will see water again.
