Default Hi.

My nick name is Cochise, I have been around fly fishing all of my learning years. I am addicted, I am hardcore, I have a problem for sure.

I am sure I know some around but looking forward to meeting new folks and seeing new waters. I live in Western Colorado.

Please feel free to ask me any questions in regards to Rocky Mountain region or High Country fishing.

Tight Lines.

Greetings Cochise! Sweet salmo shots you posted! I do have a question since you offered... did the state fisheries managers decide if the Greenback Cutts they have been planting had been tainted? I read something about this, but have not heard an update. milt.

This was decided that the strain was not as pure as they had originally contended. Robert Behnke has found information that allows a bit of both sides of the argument to be realized while still maintaining a fair bit of integrity in regards to how pure the breed might now be.

I will try to dig up my articles on it.

Thanks for the welcome.

Dr. Bob is the man! California is in the same position with their Golden broodstock, posssibly compromised, and trying to protect the Paiute Cutt from downstream browns and bows. milt.
