Hello, everyone. I'm new to this forum. I am a total fly fishing wild trout junkie. I do fish for other species, but it's trout 99.9% of the time.

I love to backpack into the hills and fish for days. I mostly fish in NC, but do fish VA and TN some. I spend most of my time in Pisgah National Forest and GSMNP. My prefer backcountry camping but will car camp sometimes. I enjoy fishing for rainbows, brooks, and browns.

I love small streams, if it's wider than 20-25 feet, I'll not likely fish it. I almost exclusively fish for wild trout and fish for stockers very rarely.

I look forward to being a member on this forum.

Here are a few pics from 2010.

Welcome to the group,

Small stream enthusiasts are always at home here, we have all sort of fly fishermen on the board from salt to the tiny brooks.
