- About cimarron
- Started flyfishing when in college late 60's. I'm now 72 years young and still love fly fishing. Fish small streams in NE New Mexico mostly, but since my son moved to Wyoming, I fish the North Platte river. I did buy a bamboo fly rod recently. It was on old rebuild and looks new. I didn't like it much at first, but kept after it, and now use it some time. Recently got a 4wt fiberglass rod and love it!
- Perry, OK north central OK
- Golf, first, then fly fishing, then whatever my wife wants me to do!
- Retired! Don't want a job...

Don't know if I can do this or not, but here goes. My son lives in Rawlins, Wy and fishes the North Platte every chance he gets. He starts at the Duggway north of Sinclair and goes up to Alcova. He loves Fremont canyon! He's not an expert but he is learning rapidly. He started the "Riparian Barbarian" a month ago so any of you Wyoming fishermen or any others might want to look at his spot. I go to Google and type in Riparian Barbarian. A lot of pics and comments. Enjoy, he'd love hearing...
