- I was born and raised on the Gulf Coast of Alabama and enjoyed every minute of it. My best friends and I were fortunate to have been taught to hunt fish by our dads. We hunt deer in the winter and fish for what ever we can catch in the summer. As far as fishing goes, I deep sea fish for snapper, grouper, tuna, etc. when ever I get a chance. But, I love to go inshore fishing as often as I can. For as long as I can remember I have used a spinning reel hunting specs and redfish. However, since I've been home from college I have taken an interest in fly fishing. I will be spending everyday this summer (2012) enhancing my fly casting and fish catching abilities using the ever enticing (addictive) fly. Happy Fishing.
