- Biography
- I was born in Michigan in 1944 and I lived there until 1981. I have a under graduate and master’s degree from Eastern Michigan University in Industrial Technology and Management. My business career started with 7 years at Ford Motor Company as a Manufacturing Engineer and then I went into the information technology industry where I worked for University Microfilms and then I spent 21 years with Information Handling Systems where I was the VP of Manufacturing.
I was drafted in 1968 and served as a combat soldier in Vietnam with the 4th Infantry Division in 1969. I was a Squad Leader when I first got there and then became the Platoon Sgt. for the second half of my tour.
I have 5 kids and 8 grandchildren and I now live with a wonderful woman who makes my life a real joy and she loves to fish which makes it even better.
I retired in 2002 to Arkansas and I both fly fish and chase bass and crappie off of my Bass Boat with spinning gear. - Location
