I'm currently working as an explosives engineer and exploration geologist. My work has taken me all over the world, but for the moment, I'm mainly in Montana, Alberta, Yukon, BC, and NWT.... Not bad places to work if you like the outdoors. :) I started fly fishing when I was 7 and it has always been one of my favorite hobbies. I have twin boys who just turned 12 and they are really getting into the sport now. We keep active with fishing, hunting, hiking, mountain biking, camping, and Scouting.
I'll fish anywhere, but my heart is in the salt. There is nothing like the endless variety a person can find between a turtle grass flat and the Gulf Stream.
My current go to quiver is made up of several varieties of Zenith, Proaxis, NRX, and Method. I often pull my grandfathers hand built rods out too. Geez are they S-L-O-W, but they still catch fish. That would make him happy.
MO, BC, Keys
Fishing, Hunting, Hiking, SCUBA, mountain biking. Pretty much anything outdoors that keeps me active
