Default Hatches?

Is there any hatches going on now around this area?(I don't think there is) If not, what flies do you guys find work best for trout in the winter months?

Depending on which water you fish, little black stone flies, (and I mean little) about a size 20 and blue wing olives are pretty much a year round thing back there.

Personally this would be time for me to fish streamers and nymphs but I have caught fish on dries in January and February. I can just about remember them all because there weren't that many.
