Default The Dan River, VA

got a good tip on a section of river to fish in southern virginia just over the NC border. its a 6 mile stretch between the Talbot dam and Townes reservoir on the Dan River. Sounds like its going to be the perfect fly fishing adventure to start the fall season. problem is other than word of mouth there's not a lot of info on this stretch, and hopefully thats a good thing. not often that you can find a stretch of river that is lightly pressured and doesnt have a website or youtube video deicated to it. heading up in a couple of weeks to hike in and fish the day away. anyone ever been there or heard anything about it? i'll post an update with pics from the adventure, unless its that good, then i might have to keep it to myself tight lines!
