How to Ruin a Heritage Fishery

Hey there Mid Atlantic Fly Fishermen & Women,

By doing so you will find out who I am and what the subject of the thread is. I was born in Pennsylvania but have migrated to Alaska since 2004. However my heart will always be in the folded mountains of Central & North Central Pennsylvania. That is why I have ask you to search for and read the thread.
