Default "Must fish" RI trout streams advice please

I'll hopefully be flying up to Providence RI to visit a pal of mine around 5oct-9oct; anybody got any advice on any trout streams in that general area (within a hour or two) that I shouldn't pass up? Or how about a few hints about where to go about finding more information on my own (I tried the local TU website, and The RIDEM site- not specific enough to help)... Thanks in advance.
