Rick, there are only 3 rivers in northern NY with landlocked runs in from Lake Champlain. This is the most northerly of those rivers. It is urban fishing, to be sure.
Got it! That's what I thought, but wasn't sure. I've caught a lot of smallmouths at the mouth of that river, where it enters the lake, if we are talking about the same location.

WoW! I never would have thought that was a salmon. The only land locks that I have caught (or seen) were silver. Great looking fish.
