no luck with me. have some free time this week to head to the catt but i guess im nervous. its getting warm and im afraid ill go there and waist my time. i would definitely go this week if you guys thought it would be decent. seems like the discharge gauge might still be slightly high. thoughts?

We've been getting into steelhead elsewhere besides the Catt lately, some places a bit closer to home. It's fishable right now though I don't know what fish numbers are like. Conditions are good regardless. I'd be checking it out tomorrow or Friday if I wasn't going to be in Cleveland.

Whenever you decide to go try to get there there 3-4-5 days after a heavy rain.. have heard plenty from steelheaders that go there - seems to get pretty silty after downpours
