Default Great lunch break

It took some work but the spot I have been fishing all season on my lunch breaks finally produced a fish. I have been going to this spot to work on my casting and my presentation. Well it finally paid off today. Pulled an 8in brookie out after they had been jumping. What I great feeling. Only had time to catch one but it was great. Brook running in to the river provided a cool spot for them to feed in the noon day sun. Quick fight and released him without taking him out of the water. Spot worked good I was able to revive him in the cooler brook water before he cut across back to the pool I got him out of.
Rip Tide, jpbfly and milt spawn like this.
