Default Re: Wader selection

You know your conditions better than we know them. Consider this.

Do you need to five layer construction all the way up to the crotch and up the backside? If you do, the G4 Pro is for you.

Are you doing any winter fishing? If so, that higher five layer construction will help as a thermal barrier. Also the water tight pockets make a nice touch.

Do you want more freedom of movement? If so, get the G3 Pro. The five layer construction goes thigh high.

I'm covered for cold weather with my duck hunting waders, heavy neoprene.
There are no dealers up here.

I'm in the same boat. I just got a new pair of the G4 pros a few weeks ago and love them. They are the best waders I have ever worn and after hiking several miles of the North Platte the last few weeks, I am glad that I got the 4's. They breath much better than I thought they would and are super burly. That being said, you are deciding between arguably the two best waders on the market. You'll love either one of them.
