Default Cortland Precision Platinum line

I've got one of these on the way and as soon as I get a chance to fish it I'll post a review. It sounds to me like it might be as close to my definition of a perfect trout line as can be: delicate presenting, long belly, not heavy for the line weight, LONG rear taper, and a welded front loop. On top of that, its sage green, except for 3 feet of the extra super high-floating dyna-tip material at the tip that's white to serve as an indicator.

Burk, I read your take on it from last fall on the Winston board, any more new info/take on it since then? I'll be fishing it on a Sage 490 VPS Light.

I'd rather hunt fish than bait deer any day.

I'm still waiting for my batch of samples. I have a feeling you'll like it with the 490 SP. I'm on the road right now, I have a feeling their at my house.
