Default LL Bean durability/return policy?

I need a new set of waders and am thinking about these in the under 200 dollar price range. Any one know anything about the durability and return policy?

Thanks.

Bean's return policy is so liberal that many take advantage

A few years ago a friend called about getting a new zipper installed on his tent.
Customer service told him to just return the tent and they'd send him another.
My buddy told the lady on the phone that he wasn't even sure if he had even bought the tent from Beans.
Didn't matter, they sent him a new tent anyway

no firsthand experience...yet. but i've heard nothing but great things about the durability, fit, and function of bean's waders and boots. in fact, i just got into their pro discount program because i plan on switching to their waders and boots as soon as i experience my next "issue" with the waders we're wearing now.

as for their warranty, customer service, and exchange policy; in all my years in the outdoor industry i have never encountered a company with a better reputation in this regard.
