I do not know much about carp do they live in the pacific northwest mainly in western oregon/washington?

I would imagine you have some around, if you have any warmer waters, then I would say more than likely.

Yes we have Carp in Washington state, Central and East side for sure.

Carp are lots of fun in the spring and summer... I fish 'em on the dry side of the mountains.
