Default Santa Ynez River

Hi, I'm new to the Forum. Can somebody give me the rundown on the fishing on the Santa Ynez, above the lake? I fished there a few years ago when they were stocking regularly.

Specifically I'd like to hear about:
1) the state of affairs regarding stocking. I've heard rumors they do stock sporadically, but I'd like to get the facts on that;

2) lake run there a run following a rain similar to the one on Piru?;

3) bass fishing. Any info on timing, and flies to use would be great.
