Default Centennial Park in Santa Ana

Was thinking about wetting a line in the lake for a quick fix...Bluegill, Crappie, Carp...

Anybody got any experience there?? Do you have to pay to enter the park?? Metered parking??

Thanks for any insight you can provide.
