Default North Fork-San Gabriel River

Went up there this sunday...man Ive never seen so many people on one river in all my life...lol
The trash wasn't as bad as I thought it would be and saw a lot of people taking out their own stuff at the end of the day. I started about half way up where the people started thining out and caught mostly the little guys 5-7 inches. I went up just past the catch and release area and pretty much got skunked. I probably walked about a half mile that way and then it started to get late and wanted to try and miss the rush back down the hill.

do the water levels get better in the fall or winter time. Seemed pretty low to me this time of year
