Saw this on Kern fourm.
Maybe dark shadow can help.
Just post no parking signs along the road like they did alog
Niles canyon in Fremont ca. This has kept swimming and
Party's off the creek for years.

They are attempting to restart the Steelhead migration in Niles Canyon. Last year was the first year they saw returning fish. It is my understanding that they are discouraging people from trashing it up so they can let the fish do their thing.
