Southern California Freshwater fly patterns.

Anybody,

Can anybody give me some advice on patterns to use in the Los Padres National Forrest rivers. I do a lot of fishing on the Sespe, Santa Ynez, Piru, Sisquoc rivers and I mostly prospect with dries because I don't really know what the predominant insects are and what stages they are in. Any information about this area of Southern California would be greatly appreciated.
