Default Any info on the San Bern. area?

I'm trying to make a trip up to Big Bear and fish all the streams up there but I'm not sure how it looks up there, snow, rain, mud or over flowing rivers? What's the deal? If anyone has any suggestions on what stream is HOT give me a PM! I would apreciate it SO much.
