There was a special on big fish at a local favorite secret spot somewhere in the Rockies, so a couple friends and I decided to test my left handed casting techniques.

It was a good day to be on the water with friends and fish.

Yat: Nice looking rainbow, congrats! Looks like your left handed casting is doing OK. How is the shoulder rehab coming along.

Thanks Larry,
PT is going well. I have 100% range of motion except for my arm behind my back, I'm off by 10 degrees. I told the PT that's OK with me since I don't wear a bra I don't need to go back there.
Working on getting the strength back now. Man it's unreal how fast that arm has atrophied to a limp noodle.
