i was thinking of taking a trip out west and wanted to know whats in the rivers out there. and what rivers they are

24links24: Could you narrow down "Out West" that is a pretty big area to cover and when are you thinking about visiting the west. Right now here in Wyoming most of the rivers are still frozen except for below the dams. A week ago I fished on the San Juan river, NM and it is fishing great.

Water.

Just kidding. In a wonky mood right now, and the question just seemed to beg a smartass answer.

Where in the West are you going?

I live and fish in AZ. Right now everyone I know is heading either to Lee's Ferry or the San Juan. LF is full of rainbows on steroids with occasional browns thrown in for spice. SJ reports are all that the river is on fire with large hungry 'bows and browns.
