Default Fishing the Eagle 6 miles before Colorado River

Just had a successful trip on the Eagle a few weeks back. I'll be back there in January and wanted to know what I should be fishing when it's freezing ballz cold?

Will I just be looking for holes in the ice and trying to get lucky or is there a technique?
