Default Eating fish

Just ate my first ever wild rainbow trout. Caught from the North Platte and cooked that night for dinner. Absolutely ****** delicious!
Are the brooks and cuts just as good?

Don't worry folks, I usually C&R but I just fancied a trout and there are plenty on the North Platte.
