I use that site quite a bit for work. If you navigate around you can find the waterflows for rivers in wyoming and montana as well.

Yeah you can pick any state you want from the drop down menu on the upper right side. The link I put up also includes the Snake river flows in Jackson. They start from Jackson Lake Dam and continue down through Idaho.
