Default Re: Wyoming & Montana trip next summer?

We floated the Green River last year, I think it was late May. We put in above Pinedale, WY, near the Warren Bridge and floated to the hatchery. The bugs weren't out much at all, but a cold front had gone through the night before so maybe that made a difference or it was just earlier in the year.

If you want some real nice Browns that are larger then most small streams fish ( French Creek ) which is a tribuatary of the Platte River. Alot of nice quality Trout here! The North Platte is another good place to fish but a driftboat is needed........ also we did like Libby Creek that produced Brookies and Browns of nice sizes....... very nice stream for flyRods! check out our site which has these streams photo's GeorgiaFlyGuide
