That's not rain in the first picture Ard, it's salt spray
The picture doesn't do the surf justice, I'm afraid
Everywhere around us except the 'hole' where we were fishing, there were 12' waves.
Even the surfers were calling it a day

I don't know why, but it is always fun to get soaking wet while fishing.

Maybe it makes me feel like I've become fish myself.

And it's always better that's happening to someone else.
