Default Puerto Rico

I am going to be in PR around San Juan for 2 weeks from next week.I might have 1 day off so I am taking my 9wt with.Any suggestions on flies and spots? Most likely wont be able to get a boat(unless its affordable).Any idea about licensees? Thanks in advance.
