Thresher Shark
You ever catch one of these? They look like they'd put up a pretty good fight.

We brought one onboard a charter boat I used to mate for. We released it but not before it broke a window with a well placed tail whip. After that no more live shark on deck. They either came up dead or were cut lose in the water. Watching 1/2 safety glass shatter from a tail whip is a sobering sight. Sharks are not to be played with.

I had a 4' brown shark come right up on the sand bar I was fishing from on Thursday.
Inches of water other than the surf Freaked me out
