Default Looking for advice on a warm fishing vacation

Hi all, I am looking for advice on a fishing/relaxing holiday.
I have been looking at Belize, Honduras, Turks and Caicos. Hoping to get an all inclusive deal. My partner does not fish but loves a nice beach. Would like a guide and would like to fish on my own. I am not rich but know it will be pricy.

I welcome ideas. Been looking at Coco plum Belize, anyone been there?

My only advice would be "Take me!" Sorry, not that worldly a traveler, but enjoy yourself and post pics of your catch(es)!

Emerald Palms on South Andros: Emerald Palms by the Sea (Andros) - Hotel Reviews - TripAdvisor

One of the few places down there where a non-fisher can have a nice time, and there are great guides available.

Stayed there 3 times. Just great.

Costa Rica. The prices are a bargain, and I don't know if you can beat the fishing. there are a good many "all-inclusives" that cater to fishermen and still have other activities like jungle cayaking, zip lines, bird watching etc.. Tarpon on the west coast, pelagics on the east coast. If you would like specifics PM me.
