Default Redfish in Florida in February

Hey y'all

Heading to Port St. Joe the 3rd weekend in February to go after some redfish for the first time. I was just curious about fly selection as I've never fished salt water with them. Anyone fish there with luck?

For reds, mostly clausers, shrimp, crab? Any size or color recommendations? Are they deeper this time of year?

I'll be on my dinky SOT kayak so I'll be more mobile on the water. Any info is greatly appreciated. I'm always going after trout, so this will be a new adventure.

Thanks in advance

my family has a place in seagrove so I will be going down to that area a good bit in the next few months. I'm also interested to hear what is going on down there
