You need to go to the CBBT in mid october when the season opens
rent or bring a boat and cast blue and white deceivers or clousers both with red eyes, toss right up against the rocks and strip like crazy...can easily catch (well hook anyway) a hundred fish in 3-4 hrs...any where from 20 inches up to 40+ inches

CBBT = Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel. It's at the lower portion of the bay in VA. The fishing there can be fantastic!
