An AR-12? SHEEEEEESH! I have been using an AR-8 and AR-10 for the last 6 years without a hitch...Hell the ar-10 is a bit too much if you ask me...I hope you have arms the size of my torso to swing...

I guess ill have to resort the sierra pop tops when fishing "shallow" water, as I HATE excess "depth" when I dont need it...For deep water, the t-bobber will work great on the butt section...

I used to use GOOP...Were all too familiar with how well ORvis waders leak :) Since I switched to Simms, and my father switch to PAtagonia, we have not had a prob since... :)

You got it! You want the loop to pull tight at the TOP of the post...NOT along either side of the post...give her a whirl...

Ausable,

That prob is easy to fix... When you loop the t-bobber in, make sure the lines are NOT on either side of the "post"...go grab your pack and loop one in, youll see what I mean. Make sure...

Reel is hottt...prob one of the prettiest reels on the market...however, galvans drags are DEF smoother...
