IF you are stuck on a TFO I'd say get an 8'6" Pro II in a 5wt.

What about G Loomis ? Their warranty isn't so great(they do stand behind the product though) and yet their prices are way up there with the rest.

It makes noise but I don't think it's as bad as sharkskin line. I haven't used it yet in the heat but so far it's great.
