I usually pick up a sub at Tim Horton's and I have a hydration bladder in my pack which I will fill with water or Gatorade. Sometimes I have to force myself to stop and eat when I am fishing alone.

I believe that colour is more important in still water than in rivers etc. That has been proven to me by my own experiences. In all cases it is even more important to mimic the movement of the adults...

I cut the large area in the front and back out to make mats to stand on when getting into my waders instead of standing on roks etc.
